Literacy work: Helping Fulani people to read and write in their own language.

Around 90% of Fulani people are illiterate. Teaching literacy is an essential part of outreach work, as it will enable new believers to read the scriptures for themselves. A Fulani Ministries team worker teaches weekly literacy classes; we hope to expand this work in the future to villages

There is currently little printed literature available in the Fulani language, Fulfulde. As Christians we see an opportunity to fill this vacuum by producing Christian literature and tracts.
